Stopped in a few times while deciding on our new home theater set up. Both times we were helped by Dietrich. He was able to answer all our questions or willing to find an answer for us. We decided to finalize our purchases tonight and he was able to help us schedule delivery and install as well. Phenomenal customer service!!!
