I returned my car on time and three days later I get a text saying my car has not been returned! What is going on there , I called customer service and need to call again in 3 more days . I dropped keys at the box with the contract, full gas tank ,.

Rented a van. They called to inform me that there was an issue with the van, but had other vehicles there that would work for us. Dairon got the vehicle totally ready for us by the time we arrived. Was very pleasant to work with. Returning the vehicle was a breeze as well.
March 2024
System was down so I was unable to rent a car. Luckily enterprise was open - enterprise mentioned there was several customers that has come to them because their system was down.
