“I travel for work and use multiple car vendors. I arrived Friday after a long flight delays and the gentleman at the counter was so nice. Even with it being close to there closing time and have 6 people in line he kept his cool and great attitude. Some people dont understand in certain areas cars are not going to be perfect due to weather, roads, ect. As long as it gets me where I need to go and safe im not worried about the rest. Ill use them again if back in waterloo!”
