Fareway Grocery is a Midwestern chain known for its low prices and wide variety of produce, meat, dairy, and dry goods. It is best known for its large meat counter, featuring high-quality meat cut by hand and in-house ground beef. The crew is great for advice. The bakery creates breads, cakes, and cookies, with custom cakes at certain locations. The store prides itself on exceptional, friendly, and helpful customer service, both in-person and online, and offers a take it to your car service. Shoppers find a good selection and note it is easy to get in and out quickly, often mentioning the good prices and good location. The addition of self-checkout stations is also appreciated.
This store is still one I like. Not sure when the upgrade was done but the store is brighter and better marked aisles. Still have to watch prices as they are still high but did get some good deals here this week
