“This has been my go-to place to buy milk and ice cream ever since they opened. The Hansen's brand is a little more expensive but is well worth it. I have NEVER had Hansen's milk go bad on me, even when I accidentally left it out of the fridge for several hours. They also have a great selection of cheeses, some of which are made on the farm. In addition, you can get other products such as meat, honey, lettuce, eggs, and seasonal produce that they purchase from local growers. (I love to buy apples there when they are in season.) The staff are always friendly and courteous as well. My only negative comment is that I miss the amazing coconut almond ice cream (branded as "Cocomond") that they had in the past. I hope they will consider bringing it back, even if it is just a special flavor available during the summer months.”

Last time I was in I was looking for mead, and they were able to help me find it right away. Not a huge selection of mead, but still more than I expected. Plus it is convenient to be able to also pick up a few items from the store and check out in the wine and spirits.”

“Shopped here last Sunday on the 15th to buy some groceries while visiting some relatives in the area. Store is nice and clean, and the service is great. The only issue I have with this store is the aisles being rather narrow for 1-2 people or carts at a time.”

“I like the place very much but most of the time they don’t have the ribs in the hot food area. Have to settle for baked chicken instead. Sometimes I would like the meatloaf but they don’t have that as much either. I’m not one for fried foods but that’s about all that they have in the hot meal section. Otherwise everything is great.”

“Ordered from Balkan for a work party. We all had something different and shared with everybody. Everything we tried was delicious! Very fast delivery, arrived early which is rare these days. I would defiantly recommend the Balkan Cafe to anybody. They also have a grocery store so you can buy what they serve. I can’t wait to bring my family there!! The bonus to me is this is authentic!”
