The driver Nora flat out lied about an attempted delivery of a package today. She never even came by my house as I was home the entire time. Says she attempted at 4:56 pm but I was on the online see where your driver is at that same time and guess what? She was heading back to the station at that time. How do I know? Because it showed her in one location and then a few minutes later I refreshed saw she was near the freeway heading east away from my house which would be over 30 minutes from that location. She also took a blurred picture that looked to be of the inside cab roof of her delivery truck. I kept my dogs in for hours waiting for her to arrive. It's one thing if they noted they couldn't make the delivery but to flat out lie about it is another issue. I hope she is the driver tomorrow because I have a few choice words for her.

Followed a truck this morning that had not closed it's back door. So I had to swerve to avoid packages falling off the truck. I tried to call, so dispatch could get a hold of the driver, but getting a real human was impossible.

My shipment has been in my city for 4 days. Each day the tracking number shows that it is on the truck and will be delivered that day.
At some point each day it says there is an issue with your order and will be delivered the next day. Was told i cannot pick it up at fedex , I had to wait for it to be delivered.
This is so rediculous.

I would give them 0 stars if I could I had a package to be delivered Monday never showed up then drove to FedEx and was told FedEx ground has it and would be redelivered. Two days later so then I get a message can’t deliver as business address moved well that’s funny the address on the shipping label is the right address and I am actually there. Now watching them drive away because they went to the wrong address can’t run after them as I am with a customer then I get a message that I moved and can’t deliver really ? so I call oh we will re try well no I needed this 3 days ago and I get well we will call you back no call back and still no package and now I have to drive to the other side of town to try and get my package that I paid for shipping for and why should I pay shipping if I still have to go get packages and pick them up from the shipper seriously messed up

Horrible customer support for in person pick up on a missed delivery (and we were home)! Zero flexibility and no ability to solve problems with a positive customer outcome!! Absolutely useless after numerous support calls and showing up in person. Still haven’t received my package, will use UPS next time!!

Horrible. This facility needs to be shut down or hire all new employees. Liars liars. I was home when they said there was attempt for delivery. Not true. I believe these individuals are not doing their job or keeping the items for themselves to sale.

Package required a signature upon delivery, missed them the first attempt. Both of us work from home, we left the front door open and worked from the dining room literally feet from the door so it would be impossible to miss a knock. Never got one and they marked it as attempted delivery, no one home. Lazy driver didn't even attempt to deliver and marked it anyway. Had to pay $5 to reroute it to my office address so they have no excuse tomorrow.

Lazy drivers, marked the package as being undeliverable due to business being closed/customer not available.It’s an apartment and I received no phone calls or texts with an attempt so they didn’t even try to deliver. Mail couriers are getting worse and worse, hiring the most pathetic drivers.

Package was mark as *Deliver" and tracking number closed. While my house cameras clearly show No one stopped by, or the truck even driving by my street to deliver the package. Now they dont know where the package got deliver too.
