Great place 2 shop but not always someone 2 help & don't always have what we need...

Had a difficult project and needed some special tools, ratchet box end, very small 1/4 ratchet, swivel 1/4 ratchet, among others I may have been able to do without. But why? I knew going in I would end up with extras because they come in a package but the price and quality made them worth it. Thank you
