Typical Harbor Freight store. Huge inventory of really "cheap" tools...which is what you expect from Harbor Freight. Customer service is one of the truly outstanding qualities of Harbor Freight and this location is no different. Everyone in the store seems to go above and beyond to help out the customers. As long as you know what you're getting in terms of quality, this is one of the best retail chains around and this store in particular lives up to that.

On my last 2 visits that I have been in this store, “ Waterloo “ it was not very pleasant visit, when I went to the cashier, I was asked “ you are not returning this after using it, right?” What kind of question is that?
That’s not professional at all. And badly for me, I had to return it for exchange because quit working, and the lady there, “Jennifer “ was very rude on the service demanding receipt ( the do have it on the system) and even after I told her why was the return she looked wry upset for that. I don’t think I’ll be back to this store anymore, customer service is very poor and they act like they are making you a favor for selling the product.
