“I dont usually go to laundrymats, but since my washer decided to stop working i have had no choice. I must say i was very surprised. Very clean facility. Very quite which is a plus in itself. Prices are great. Only problem i have had is the machine where you can by laundry soap is never stocked. Its always empty. I wish they stayed open 24 hours. But hey we live in waterloo, so i get why they dont.”
“It's fairly clean for the most part and the machines are in good working order. I just wish it weren't so expensive. Most of us doing laundry are having a tough time and $4.50 a wash is hard when you have a large amount of clothing to wash.”

“It's a good self serve laundry. Neighborhood mart's right next door. I haven't tested the coin machines yet. Big washers and big commercial grade dryers.Edit: 06/18/21The coin machines do work. There is a sign that says: "Please use coins for OUR laundry machines only." I'm sure they have a good reason for it. I just don't know what it is. I'm not complaining. Them's the rules.Oh yeah, Wednesday is 'free dryer' day. A fellow patron and perfect stranger explained this to me when I tried to put money into the machine.”
