He was able to explain the benefits that were most important to me. I went the next day for toner and the gentleman that helped me place that delivery order was also very helpful (sorry I forget your name as well). The toner arrived the next day like he said it would. Both interactions helped lower the stress level in the situation I'm in, needing prints doubletime. “I’ve used this store several times and I’m so glad it’s open. Our local store closed so we have few options for UPS returns now. This store is only about a 20 minute drive and the service is excellent. They are fast and make everything easy. My returns are processed in a reliable manner.
