“I have had a unit with them for many years now. It was easy to get and the staff have all been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. When I no longer needed a large unit, it was a simple process to get into a smaller one. Since I am not currently residing in Waterloo, so being able to pay online saves me a lot of hassle. I have just recently closed out my unit here due to moving cross country, and that process was absolutely easy as well. I appreciate what they have done over the years.”

“I was in need of a storage unit inna very short amount of time. While I had an issue being about to secure the storage unit in the middle of the night, I got an email first thing in the morning on a saturday. I responded via phone call and I must have spoke to their best rep, because she was an absolute delight to speak with. She helped me get the unit within about ten minutes and that included the electronic signatures she sent me via text.”
“What a great company with great representatives. Lisa was the rep i was lucky enough to speak with. She was extremely professional and helped in any way possible. “Best storage in the area. It is so easy to pop in without an appointment, use the easy self serve kiosk and have whatever size unit I need in minutes. All climate controlled and secure so I don’t have to worry about the weather or anything else. I had a question about using one of their pods and the staff was very helpful.”
“Doug and Kris are great to work with! We have never had any issues. They are always easy to get a hold of and are always helpful! The units themselves are in great condition and have never had any issues. Would recommend to anyone in the Waterloo area looking for storage space to rent!”
“**Updated**Made reservation yesterday via call. Your directed through their automated phone system. I received a reservation number and was told I'd be able to complete check in the next day (Sunday at 9am). No one is here to help me complete check in. They say you can "skip the counter" by completing check in online but it asks you to log in and I've never created an account. Tried going through the forgot pass dialogs but Im never sent information to log in. Also, it's not clear exactly if there is even an office to check in with. Tried calling and it's a 40 min wait.Alright, so your supposed to go to the "3633 University Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701" location first to do the counter checkout process. Changing from 1 to 4 stars because everyone has been polite, it's probably my fault for not understanding the process, but for a noob this wasn't as obvious as I'd like it to be.”

“Fought with u-haul customer service for hours after being charged multiple times for a storage unit and never being sent a unit number. Went to this u-haul dealer and talked to the general manager Ross. And he treated me great and got me a unit at his location. One of the greatest managers I have talked to in a while.”

“Really nice carts for couches. Railing comes off, women friendly move of dresser can be accomplished. Overall clean facility. Great security. I felt safe digging in my stuff. Elevator fits a couch. As you know furniture is super expensive around here. Restroom and drinking fountain.”
