“I found your online experience check-in process to be a downfall for me, I called the customer service center and talked with Patricia; she helped with the online check-in to get me down the road. Great customer service representative. I feel a need to have more communication with the customer about the process of the online check-in to prepare for the event. The equipment was well-maintained clean and ready for use. The fuel efficiency was excellent for a truck that was 20' in size. Easy to drive and park with no problem backing up with the large mirrors makes it so easy. I would give a 5-star review even with the bad check-in because of the ease with the return which was smooth. Great experience!”
“I rented a 26 ft truck and a trailer to tow my car down to FL. I averaged right around 10 miles to the gallon and I was close to the max weight. The people at Green Acres kept me well informed about my journey because I was not happy driving such a big truck with a trailer behind it and I was worried. Everything was great! There prices were cheaper then the other guys and the ride with the air shock on the drivers seat was appreciated.”

“**Updated**Made reservation yesterday via call. Your directed through their automated phone system. I received a reservation number and was told I'd be able to complete check in the next day (Sunday at 9am). No one is here to help me complete check in. They say you can "skip the counter" by completing check in online but it asks you to log in and I've never created an account. Tried going through the forgot pass dialogs but Im never sent information to log in. Also, it's not clear exactly if there is even an office to check in with. Tried calling and it's a 40 min wait.Alright, so your supposed to go to the "3633 University Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701" location first to do the counter checkout process. Changing from 1 to 4 stars because everyone has been polite, it's probably my fault for not understanding the process, but for a noob this wasn't as obvious as I'd like it to be.”
