I’ve used this store several times and I’m so glad it’s open. Our local store closed so we have few options for UPS returns now. This store is only about a 20 minute drive and the service is excellent. They are fast and make everything easy. My returns are processed in a reliable manner. I went to Staples once, my other option, and had a very bad experience. Thanks for your wonderful service. I really appreciate you, especially being open later in the evenings and even on weekends!

These employees at this location stay steady busy all day. Especially since they are only location in a 30 mile radius accepting returns. I really wish customers would consider this when coming into the store with their negative attitudes. I live by here and have utilized the services at this store for many years. I’ve always had outstanding service but notice more and more that every single time I come in there is some rude customer taking their frustration out on the workers.

Why is there only one “main” UPS store within 30+ minutes. Also parking at this location is terrible! Service is usually good but why do they close so early at 7pm. Do better UPS!

closed at 3 on a Saturday is crazy people have kids and jobs i didn’t even know y'all closed at 3 i sat there and watched 3 other people drive up to be shocked just for them to be closed and the worker on the inside just watching . also i arrived at 3:05 just to be disappointed and aggravated

Needed to print out shipping labels for a couple products I was returning. Emailing them straight to the UPS store, while in-store, was extremely fast and worked out very easily. Email, slapped on the label, and gave us a receipt... And we were on our way. All in less than 5 minutes. The workers were pleasant and nice. The place was clean and kept nicely/organized. Very surprised at their effectiveness and quickness. Totally 5-star rating.

My mom and I came in needing to fax a lot of documents and Logan was very helpful and kind! He explained the process and told us an easier faster and more reliable way to get the information to where it needed to go! If you see this thank you, you turned a very stressful process for my mom into an easy one!

They never ever knock on the door. I only had one guy do that and he was friendly even helped with bringing my package in my house. It's like drop and run... what it takes two seconds to knock on a persons door so sad... It's like they are only gonna do enough just not get fired 😒 other than that service is great.

I frequent here 1 or more times a week, the staff that have been there a while are amazing and the newer ones are right behind them as well! Sorry I don't know their names specifically, I should learn them though because they are always patient, helpful and kind! Keep up the great work!!
