I paid 187.00 bucks to have two big metal dragon sconces shipped on a Friday night they said it would go out and get to it's destination by Wednesday but it was Thursday and when the lady received the box it had dents and tears in it and the two glass globes were shattered and no where on the box did it say fragile or handle with care I filed online they said go thru the store now I can't get a manager to return my call so I guess I need to contact sn attorney because it's flat out gross negligence.

Nice people even when stressed. They had a lot going on and then ran out of paper in the printer. It was chaos but they kept it together. Great job!

They were very fast and happy to help me operate the copy machine. The staff was very welcoming and offered all the solutions to my questions, I try to go to this location as much as possible

OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!they are the only UPS store open on a Sunday between Waterloo and cedar falls. That can make or break someone’s day. Check hours though they close on Sunday at 3:00 PMReason number two for 5 stars they did me a real solid on a $120 dollar item, I thought I was gonna get scammed on. Showed up in person asking if they could hold it until I could verify payment from buyer and they did. ❤️

I had a mix up on my Amazon return which was totally my fault (only gave her 1 of the 2 return codes of the same item). She was kind enough to allow me to send her the code as I was now home which is 40 minutes away. This employee went above and beyond to help me out of the jam I put myself into. Great Service!!

I have shipped with UPS a long time. I am so amazed at the excellent customer service. Give me the small store every time.!!!I have shipped fragile things I have shipped basic things I have shift mail you name it a lamp cushions, China, etc. the service is unbelievable. The health is unbelievable if you can’t figure something out on your phone like I can’t they will help you. Wow thank you so much.

You guys say 10a on Sunday.... Should be open at 10a. Or you need to change your sign and Google info. You've had 7 cars come n go since I've been here since 10a..... When it says you open.Edit.... Just after noon..STILL nobody here May 7, 2023. And 20 cars since 10a.... I've been in sitting here since 10a

The lady that works afternoons needs to stop lecturing people. I have a variety of other options to handle my shipments that do involve someone talking down to me. I’m going to guess the service will be better, friendlier and flexible too.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BRING AMAZON RETURNS HERE!!! I have brought 2 returns here, and BOTH got lost. I had to wait nearly a month for Amazon to refund it. Thankfully I took the receipt showing I dropped them off.Workers are rude. They take no responsibility and have no accountability, claiming "the tacking information we gave you won't show the package moving." I was floored when they said this to me. The purpose of a tracking number is so you can track the package.Take the drive to the other ups store or drop your package at a UPS drop box. DO NOT bring anything you want delivered here

I’d give 0 if I could. I go to a lot of ups stores to drop off packages for work. This one is by far the worst I’ve been to. The guy at the counter was rude, like I was a bother. I showed him the labels I needed scanned and printed, laid the phone next to him and he was like, well you need to hold it closer. He then printed them out and slapped them on the counter expecting me to cut the labels and tape them on. Every other location I’ve gone to does everything for you and is nice.Then I asked about a box since it’s overnight air, should be included. He just said NO. Like I get it you hate your job, but get a new one if that’s the case. Jesus.

This UPS store has gotta go. The workers are so rude and they do not care about a single thing, but themselves. I returned an order and they said everything would be good to go but they gave back so much attitude for asking questions. THEN, after my bad experience in the store, my returned item did not go through so I called (after the 6th call they finally answered) to tell them that the first part of the order was saying that I dropped them off, but the big and most expensive item has not. He proceeds to be rude and say, "you were standing right there, you saw us take it to the back" making me sound like I was wrong or the system was wrong. All I wanted was to make sure it was done RIGHT, but it does not look right on my end. They did not even care to double check for me and were upright disrespectful. I would give 0 stars if I could.
