I was greeted right away, didn't have to wait for help. A mobile team member, Lucas, offered his help and his knowledge as to what I wanted to do. My problem had some glitches that had to be figured out. I was there afternoon to closing. Lucas kept moving forward as to helping me, I appreciate how hard he worked on my problems and listened to my concerns. He is an asset to customer service. I will be back because of the great job Lucas did.

The lobby was packed, but Marlene McCallum made us feel like we were the only people in the store. She spent as much time with us as it took for us to leave happy. And even though we had been there quite a while by the time we left, I was a little sad when it was over. If you go to this US Cell location, ask for Marlene.

Do not get there wifi: worst WiFi possible can’t even watch a show let alone have more than one device connected I have not been able to sit though a 30 minute show since I have had the WiFi because it is so slow. Don’t waste your money don’t get this WiFi and if anyone recommends anywhere else please let me know

Did not have a terrible experience but I would say not the best customer service. Many workers did not engage much with customers or explain to us what was going on. I would just recommend that there is more of a focus on customer service and serving the customer with clear communication, especially during wait times.

Went in for an upgrade on my phone and came out with 3 new phones ! Andre helped us get the best offer and explained how our bills would look like in the future. He helped us get the accessories we needed, he was very helpful and nice to me and my family. Highly recommend !
