Easy to pay with cash in a hurry

I wish to give them far worse than I can put on here. I have been a customer with them since I’ve had a smart phone, so it’s been at least 10 or 11 years mind you and they have lied and cheated me out of almost $2,000 for my deceased partner’s phone and lines. I have gotten nothing but the run around on this since Oct. of 2024 and I have given up and it is Jan. of 2025. I have wasted over 12 hrs of recorded phone conversations with over 18 associates and transferred I have no idea how many times. I’m done. They have broken me down enough and I gave up on it all for my physical and mental health. I will never go back to them and I urge you to never be with them either. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their call service is the worst for customer support. They can never do anything for you in store and will give you a sheet of paper that has all of the phone numbers to call and none of them were very helpful. And the majority of the time they will sit there and argue with you about the reason you are calling and not listen to what you have to say. I will never go back to them, and I will never recommend anybody to ever go to them as a provider.

Salesman was arrogant and cold. He acted super annoyed that we didn’t understand the upgrade he was trying to push on us as soon as we sat down. I went in to have my son’s phone looked at for not sending and receiving texts properly. The guy needs a whole lot of help in the customer service department. He has worked there awhile and past experiences with him have left a lot to be desired, but this last time takes the cake. Reading some of the recent reviews, I guarantee you they are about this same guy.

I went in with my old phone because Verizon’s website says they can recycle old phones for you. I went in and the male employee I talked to belittled me, made me feel stupid and was extremely rude. He didn’t listen to a word I said and didn’t allow me to explain or even try and point me in the right direction. I don’t recommend coming here if you’re wanting to recycle old phones. This dude doesn’t know how to do his own job. He told me they don’t just take old phones.

What good is insurance if they can't fix something as simple as a screen protector? Nobody seemed concerned I was fed misinformation when I made my purchase. Is this the culture, lie to get the sale?

I paid off my pixel 6 pro, and traded it in on a promotion for the Samsung s24 ultra that was any phone any condition. The trade in value was supposed to be around $800, but instead, three months later I come to find out that they stole my phone with no credit or anything to my account.

My husband went in 3 weeks ago to upgrade his phone to an IPhone 15. While he was there he was told that it was "Mandatory" to have insurance coverage on the phone for at least 3 months when you upgrade. We have been a customer of Verizon for over 21 years. Never have we had or been told we have to have insurance on the phone. I thought something was suspicious so I called Verizon Customer service phone number. They apologized and stated that the person who sold my husband this phone lied about the insurance and probably to get commission. Don't go to this location. They are very rude and dishonest. Verizon customer service agent over the phone made it right and didn't charge us and took the insurance off and apologized for the guy misleading us and telling us wrong.

Who I assume was the manager did a great job in helping me out. I had went in there to ask someone why my mom’s phone we’ve have had for 2 years is showing the eSIM is carrier locked in her phone settings. Without even touching his computer the employee said “are you trying to switch or what”
To which I say “yes but her phone is showing unlocked”… he said “ok well it should be” in a very rude tone. I said “okay but it’s showing that it’s locked”
He told me “maybe I should have T-Mobile check it out, or call customer service”
The manager just helped me and looked through his computer to help me- and showed me he cannot even put in a help desk ticket to get their team to help me.

The customer service in this location is horrible. I got an email saying the person who set everything up is named "nathan" I was told the promotion I was getting the s24,watch,tablet are free if I pay for the service. My bill showed I had to pay for every device, when I called they said no promotions were added, they had to fix my phone bill. He also messed up added two galaxy watches to my account, he said he'd remove one make sure I'd get credit. It was never removed, i go back to the store he tells me to call a number to get it removed he lied he never told me this, he told me before it'd drop off in a couple days. I wasted one hour to get my phone fixed over his mistakes. He still needs to fix my phone account I'm being charged for canceling service of black galaxy watch( the one he added to my account by mistake) a watch I never used, never had, someone needs to get this off My bill.

I brought in a new iPhone to be activated and instead of helping me they reported the phone lost/stolen so the brand new phone I got I can't even use. Dude was rude and cussed a lot! Definitely shouldn't be working with costumers

I spend over $700 per month for a business account. I went into this store to buy a Samsung watch with my wife. They only had one watch on display and we were interested in another one that they had in stock. They would not allow us to look at it. They expected us to make a decision based on looking at a white box. Pretty unprofessional! I will definitely be considering taking my business to another carrier. Been with Verizon since before they were Verizon. Unbelievable

Stopped by as the SIM card in my phone went out. Jimmy was awesome and even setup and eSIM card for me. Eric and his staff always do an amazing job. Will be back in the future!
