Lost a prescription. Refused to call the doctor to get it again. Told me I had to call the doctor again. Refused to transfer it to another Walgreens nearer me. The main company's software and voicemail is awful too and wouldn't send me text messages even after I had asked for them.

Unreliable pharmacy. Go to Brad's Corner Drug in CF if you need a script filled!This store pharmacy is increibly unreliable, IF they are open during stated hours of business, (they often close the pharamcy early for no reason) they rarely have my sons script in stock. One would think that after being a customer for 2 years and getting a refill every 30 days that they would plan for the refill w inventory management systems. After two weeks of unsuccessful attempts to fill, we pulled all our scripts and went to a fantastic, locally owned pharmacy, Brad's Corner Drug!

I was in this evening with my son to make a return. The return was for a cosmetic product that I used once and had a reaction to. I explained to the associate my situation and got zero empathy and it seemed like I was a bother for even being there at all. I offered to grab the box off the shelf so she had the sku to find the item in my purchase history. As I used rewards on the item and knew it should pull up when inputting my phone number. I grabbed the wrong one (my mistake) but quickly went back to get the correct box for her. She did not thank me for any of my help, but instead told me this is why she should have just got it. Like my help basically made for more of an inconvenience? She was rude, made judgements and accusations claiming I hadn’t purchased my item and refused to walk away when I asked to speak to her manager. The manager, who was hearing all of this, finally came over and was also extremely rude and passive aggressive. She did not dismiss the employee, even at my request due to how uncomfortable she made me. No empathy, no apology and was told to take my concerns to customer service, so I did as both employees were unproductive to speak to and clearly trying to escalate vs. deescalate the situation. I spoke with a very apologetic representative who found my transaction history in 30 seconds and informed me the staff was untruthful to me about finding the necessary history they needed to complete my return! I am mortified to know and have experienced first hand how the associates at this store treat the customer. Hopefully they see the opportunities they have and will improve how they treat and interact with customers in the future. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Waiting time at the drive-thru is horrendous. Only one lane is ever open, when there's capacity for 2. Must not have enough employees. I switched pharmacies because of this, but my daughter still has an account here so I had to pick something up for her.

I walk in and ask Lainey where something is and she immediately looks annoyed and says “what’s that, I don’t know..” then when I walk away she taking under her breath. Another associate helps me find what I need and was very pleasant. When I get to the checkout she looks at me and shakes her head and says “you don’t need to be rude” I immediately ask for a manager who was very polite. Lainey has zero customer service skills! I won’t be back.

Pharmacy is SLOW. It is nice to use a drive up and not have to get out of the car, but not worth it when you have to wait so long in line. Even if there is only one person in front of you, it seems to take a ridiculous amount of time

I never write reviews but for this experience I have to. Never again will I be coming back to this Walgreens I am 9 months pregnant & a store manager & the experience I had with the staff here was just terrible ! I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location unless you want a terrible experience dealing with the staff.

Great walgreens! Close to everything! Excellent customer service in beauty. Of course there is a line at pharmacy because they are only pharmacy in that area and super busy. I don't understand reviews that complain about drive up line. I go at times they are not busy either early or later. When you go from noon to six they are busy.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used. Years of issues, poor customer service, wrong data input causing insurance issues. For an entire year they told my insurance they filled 90 days but gave me 30 days of meds. When I tried to talk to the pharmacist I was told I was wrong even when I proved the numbers were off. I paid out of pocket nearly double because of the issue. They've lost my insurance information multiple times leading to delays. The customer service is non existent.

Cancelled my script 2x without any kind of notice. Recieved a confirmation email that they recieved the script, yet I only found out that they cancelled it when I drove across town to pick it up at my scheduled time. A simple phone call or email when they cancelled could have saved me a lot of time and gas. Very poor customer service. Had to wait in line 2x because of this. 2nd time was for more than 20minutes while they filled a 5 pill script.

Sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes to have someone just put a sign up saying there's no pharmacist on duty... no one said a word to me and just closed the blinds.. there were 4 people and no one person said sorry for the inconvenience.. which should be expected at the very least.Done with this location will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I am a frequent customer at this Walgreens location and spend a fair amount of money, especially in the beauty section. The customer service there is just awful. I have had two experiences with the same female cashier there- she was "annoyed" that I was trying to redeem my points and was arguing with me that they were not available. She finally called a manager over, and I showed the app with my balance. Well with the manager there suddenly she got it to work. She was very short with me and was making a scene in front of me and other customers. I was simply trying to understand why the points I had rightfully earned could not be redeemed and instead of politely explaining, I was given a rude attitude. I've had two similar experiences with her. When the transaction was done she waved me away. No apology, no thank you, no parting greeting- just waved me away. I am not sure how this employee still has a job as she does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. I did not leave a happy customer and will not shop the store again when she is working. This negative experience could have turned out much differently as I was polite and patient the entire time. The manager also plays a part in this experience as she did not greet me, only took care of what needed to be done and walked away. That manager sets the stage for the employees. Very, very disappointed with how I was treated. Walgreens- the first face you see when you walk into your stores are the cashiers- this store needs some extra attention on training their employees.

Says 24Hr. Pharmacy, pulled up to the drive thru 1:30pm on sun directly behind another car, get to the window to see a sign saying closed for 30 minutes till 2:00 pharmacist at lunch. Sign should say 23 1/2 Hr. It was very disappointing after driving 30 minutes to urgent after feeling terrible all weekend and getting a script to help with my symptoms. Then sit and wait for 1/2 hour.
