Horrible experience with Sandra K Fett. She was constantly dehumanizing me. Made the experience horrible and on top of that filed my taxes wrong. If you have her she’ll do whatever she can to give you no money back. I did the calculation on my own with H&Rs calculator and it put me at double of what she said I’d be getting back. Overall it was a horrible experience and not the place you want to go if your wanting help because she won’t.

Came in to get help with taxes and irs after I alredy came in a paid and said I didn’t and all yeah did was Google numbers and tell me they can’t do anything for me even though I paid for the extras service to help if I had issues with irs and they didn’t even try to help zero stars if I could

The company that is responsible for how difficult it is to file your taxes.The spend millions lobbying congress to keep the tax system archaic and complicated, when the whole thing could be automated and the IRS is fully capable of just sending everyone their refund. But then H&R and TurboTax wouldn't have a business model.The individual tax professional I worked with was wonderful, I'd give her 5 stars, but as a company H&R can burn in hell
