“I have been dealing with back order problems on my medications so I have been using different pharmacies that have it in stock. I called Medicap and they had it in stock so I called my doctor’s office to have them send it to this Waukee Medicap. My doctor’s office said they sent it over and Medicap said they never received it. It was getting frustrating until one of the employees, Remina (sorry if I didn’t spell correctly), took the time to call my doctors office directly to get it sorted out and called me back multiple time's throughout the day to keep me updated until they finally received received the order.
