“Waukee: I typically use the Medicap in Urbandale, however, the Waukee Medicap was able to fill a prescription my regular pharmacy was having problems getting in stock. It really helped me since it’s a medication I need to take daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good pharmacy.”

I was helped by a pharmacy technician named Daniel, and from the start he was calm, patient, and reassuring. Daniel took the time to make sure everything was being processed correctly and kept me updated, which honestly made a stressful situation feel manageable. When I arrived at the pharmacy, he recognized me right away and was just as kind and attentive in person. The medications were ready much sooner than expected, and the entire pickup process was quick and smooth.
