What turned into a necessity as a child turned into a hobby and my favorite way to find things I need.On 5/26/21 at 4:10 pm on register 2 with Melissa ended my very pleasant shopping experience on a bad note. Melissa was literally the worst associate I’ve ever ran into at your stores, and I’ve been to them Across the country. She first didn’t speak loud enough to me when I was asking standard customer inquiries. I’m fact she tried not to respond using words at all and instead made “ mhm”, “ mm mmm” responses.Then she told me my card failed when in fact it was YOUR machine that failed causing me to be embarrassed in front of a long line and full store. she didn’t even feel the apologize for HER error and obvious inability to use your cash register. Training suggested.She also didn’t even hand me my receipt but instead made sure to hand it to the next customer in line. I assume just because we knew one another. Epic fail regarding my expectations. I will lastly like to end with this suggestion; organization may be helpful in the home section, which would make sense next to the furniture. But also pricing is very… inconsistent and incomplete.Because your store does not sell items without price tags, it may help to put price tags on more of the items so that disappointment doesn’t happen consistently.”
