Waukee post office is beyond horrible. Had to stop doing medications through the mail after I didn't get 3 different orders. Different places say they sent pieces of mail to me and I never received them. Don't know who my postman is, but he's either extremely lazy, overworked and can'tdo his job properly, or has a thing against me. Any time I go to the post office, they just say there's nothing they can do about it. I've got a good idea why the government has to spend billions to bail USPS out all the time. Anything I need delivered to me, I avoid USPS. I'd give a zero but I can't.

Really unhelpful. Workers are disrespectful as well. Asked them a question about my package and why it’s taking so long via priority mail (2-3 day delivery it’s been much longer than that) and their response is why are you worried about it? Seriously need to reconsider your front line.

The people here are wonderful, very responsive and polite. I always have a warm impression of the post office staff, as well as the mailman Frank – he's amazing.

Clearly workers don’t know what they are doing. Saying that insurance on an envelope cost $9.99. I own a business and shipped hundreds of envelopes with insurance for $2.75. So it can be done and they decided to sit and argue with me rather than look into it. Disappointed I have to drive 15 minutes to a hyvee because workers there are better trained than the actual office

Main complaint they are not reliable. It is not the mailman fault it is the man who was appointed in US and can not be fired. Was told by many that he wants to destroy the post offices, then gut it and then sale it to his rich rich friends for enormous profits that we have never seen.

Honestly the best post office I've ever been too, the employees are super helpful.
