Clearly workers don’t know what they are doing. Saying that insurance on an envelope cost $9.99. I own a business and shipped hundreds of envelopes with insurance for $2.75. So it can be done and they decided to sit and argue with me rather than look into it. Disappointed I have to drive 15 minutes to a hyvee because workers there are better trained than the actual office

Justin helped us with our passport applications, he was really awesome! He was helpful and cheerful! He seemed very happy to be there.

Main complaint they are not reliable. It is not the mailman fault it is the man who was appointed in US and can not be fired. Was told by many that he wants to destroy the post offices, then gut it and then sale it to his rich rich friends for enormous profits that we have never seen.

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a post office, but here I am. I've never had a problem with getting our mail until we moved to Waukee. We've had several different neighbors stop by our house because they've recieved our mail, so who knows what isn't being brought to us. We have packages that show as delivered, but aren't in our box. It's not theft (at least from residents), so it's an uncapable mail person, or fraud on their end. We've actually stopped ordering things that are shipped via USPS because of how unreliable it is.

If I could give absolutely NO STARS I WOULD! JULIE needs to be FIRED ! I do understand that the new system checks for identification n proof of residence when you are changing address as of now . I came into office THREE TIMES and SPOKE TO JULIE… first time I showed my leasing information! And my PASSPORT. She had an attitude with me rolling her eyes told me I couldn’t use that information. Then told me I should receive and email about my ACCEPTED transfer. I waited TWO WEEKS for me to come back for her to say sorry no I meant a piece of mail at your new address reinsuring me that she did everything right! …. TO WAIT AGAIN another 2-3 weeks and finally fed up I called and talked to the Master for him to inform me in fact that she had rejected the mail transfer in front of my face the first times! For no proof of identification!!! OVER A MONTH I HAD TO FIND OUT TALKING TO HEAD OF UR OFFICE ? I Absolutely will NEVER trusty them WITH ANYTHING of mine ever again ! Check your staff attitudes and LYING to customers is BEYOND ME and I will do everything in my power to have her FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Marcus with the Waukee Post Office was extremely inconsiderate with my situation and used phrases that pointed blame at me, instead of taking responsibility for the carriers mistake. I was left feeling unheard and hurt. Do better.

I was trying to send a package to my daughter a us marine and they front desk was terrible I could not read the form. bad eyes and they wouldn't even read it to me or help in any way they were standing there doing nothing but wouldn't help at all. we need to get rid of these kind of people lazy and food working for us but definitely not working

Walked in at 6:20 and their hours posted were 6:30. Door was open and I walked in but all the gates were down and there was no where to talk to anyone. Rang the doorbell three times and wait 10 minutes and no one ever came to the door. I always have issues at this branch whenever I go in. Never easy.
