I took it to my West Burlington, IA store and a young man took it, waited for it to run out of charge, reset it to factory setting, pulled up my contacts, photos and Facebook for me! He was so kind and went way beyond to help me. I'm an eighty year old grandma and he treated me like family, although we don't know one another. What a wonderful employee you have in this young man! I will certainly be telling my friends what wonderful service you give to your customers!”
“Getting a new phone is incredibly anxiety-provoking for me - my trip to the TMobile store yesterday not only entailed getting a new phone, but also switching carriers. Truth be told, I had been putting this trip off for months as encounters with my previous carrier left me feeling uneasy about getting into a new phone.
