Went in and started my sentence with I have three large dogs and with in three seconds he already had the two best options for me. I went with a Titan brand and tried it out when I got home( floors were bad bad because two of the dogs are molting right now) OMG my floors have never been cleaner! Love it!

The staff knew my product and demonstrated their knowledge of my vacuum. I’m impressed with the professionalism and the up front honesty. I trusted them with my vacuum and plan to repost when the work is completed.

Just went there today, my vacuum cleaner has no suction. Hose isn't blocked....but the cup was inside, was told I could do it myself for free or leave it for $25! So refreshing to find an honest repair shop!! Highly recommended to all who need help with their vacuum cleaners!!

My mom was in town for the weekend to dobsome shoping. So we stopped by to discover they were actually closed but owner was there to help an elderly gentleman with an order. He asked us how he could help and looked up a part for my mother's hand vac. He even called her hometown store to see what they could get. Absolutely great experience. A+ service, Highly recommend this business

I was having an issue with my vacuum and took it in, in attempt to not replace it but I didn't have high expectations since it was a cheaper and older vacuum. It was fixed in a couple days and was much cheaper to fix than to replace! It also came back cleaned out and looking almost brand new and working better than it was before! I absolutely recommend!

Great experience as always! Great service, very knowledgeable, and they had what I needed the Little Green Bissell Steam cleaner. Last year, I bought a Bissell vaccum, the green one with a yellow cord. Still works like a charm. Also got a hoover floor Steam cleaner 2 to 3yrs ago. All great purchases.

Purchased a new central vacuum system. Free install in the DSM area. Very professional and clean work. Steve and Cody are first class and it is nice to give business to a local company instead of a big box place. Very happy with their work. Will be a customer again.

Excellent and timely service! I took my machine in and had clear, timely updates on status of the repair. I ended up getting a new machine via the warranty which they filed for me and had the replacement machine in no time. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This place is the best in Des Moines. I went 4 other places to fix Hoover shampooer but no one even bothered to look into it. I took it to them. The gentleman was very nice, simply asked for the receipt. The warranty was already over but he managed to get a complete new replacement from manufacturer simply choosing right wording. He clearly knows what he’s doing. I really recommend this place to check first for any services they offer. Thanks a lot.

I took my vacuum in because it wasn't working. He looked at it the same day and called me and I went back and get up. He had texted me that it was plugged and then it just needed to be cleaned out. He changed the filter. Fabulous service. I would recommend this for your vacuum repair needs.
