Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter was celebrating her birthday with 4 girls- each had 100$ to spend and this was the first store they went into- my hands were full of coats/ toys ect from her baby sister. I asked the team at the front for a bag so I could minimize costs ect and hold the items from the girls they were picking out after trying on to make sure all things were accounted for and not just put back in the store. They said I couldn’t have a bag unless I purchased something- we ended up leaving going to lululemon where the staff kindly offered me one of their nice bags and we happily spent our money there. This is a ridiculous policy in winter months when moms have their hands full trying to treat their children at your store!

I stopped by today to find some new jeans. I was unsure about style, color, and size and wasn’t sure where to start. Kayla in the dressing room gave me the most positive shopping experience I’ve ever had. She was eager to help, give recommendations, and run out to grab different styles/sizes for me to try out. It’s rare to feel so comfortable in a dressing room. I wish I could take her shopping with me everywhere!

Don't bother trying to process returns here. These idiots require a rewards account to return anything. Unhelpful staff who just want to pad their rewards sign up numbers. I am fully aware you are not required to have a rewards account to make a return... I was not required an account a few weeks before. FYI they sell your information that you have linked to your rewards account.

Maddy was great, helpful, and kind. Selia… she was rude, desmissive, and rude to the other employees. she honestly ruined my whole shopping experience there. get well soon girl cause the attitude is sick.

Returned a pair of jeans with all tags and the receipt and am still awaiting for my refund to my account which has not been refunded promptly after returning them to the local mall and I have been waiting over an hour since leaving the store and still no refund to my account and don’t even try calling them they will not answer the phone which is very unacceptable

This store was immaculate. It was easy to navigate and was clean and tidy. I was so impressed. Alex was approachable, kind and helpful. He was a delight and made my experience great!

I went to AE this morning to get a graduation dress for my commencement ceremony that started at 2:00 ?. The employees were so helpful and I found something cute right away I just had to try on a couple sizes to get a good fit then the xs ended up fitting really well. I made it to graduation on time and I loved my outfit! I just took a pic of it when I got home because all of the other pictures of it have it covered with my gown. But the romper they helped me choose was so cute and comfortable and I got a lot of compliments. This staff is just so nice and friendly so I had to pop on here to say thanks!

Lost something possibly in their store, asked if they had found it and the worker had such a bad attitude about it. Went in an hour later to make sure again and was still extremely snooty.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad and I went here to buy one item two days before Christmas. There were only 2 cashiers (even though there are 4 registers). I watched 3 employees prance around the store and dress mannequins meanwhile there is a line out of the door. This store is mismanaged and was in no way prepared for the holiday season. Who cares if the mannequin is in tip-top shape when you have a line of customers out the door, ready to check out??? And give you money?Literally took us 30 min to buy one thing. Very disappointing. Literally not stepping foot into this mess of a store ever again.

Arrived at the store to shop at 7:15pm after seeing in google that the store closes at 8 only to find doors locked. Mall open, but store closes. 2nd AE in 2 weeks this has happened with.
