Honestly, one star is way too much. I spent $200 on a pair of Nike glasses within six months the arm fell off. They told me they don’t Guarantee/ warranty their products, Unless I purchase a separate warranty. The employees tried to put the arm back on, but didn’t have the right screw and told me I could go purchase a screw on eBay and they would put it in for me :( I’m wearing my old glasses now! Couldn’t find the right. Screw! I’m just irritated. More like America’s worst! My family and generation will never come back!

I loved going there, they are super attentive, efficient and the best thing is the empathy of all their workers. I already have my glasses and I am super happy.

I love the girls at the front desk! They are warm and welcoming. When it’s busy they let you know that u are there and working hard to help get you in and out. The exam was quick and painless and the doctor was nice. The girls up front also helped me a lot when my glasses came back wrong and I was not comfortable taking them so they had it fixed no problem! They are all very friendly! Will always come back! ?

I brought in a written prescription from my eye Dr and picked out 2 pairs of glasses. When I brought everything to the counter the lady just asked about my insurance and then took the 2 pairs I picked out and my prescription and put them in a bag and when I asked how I can pay she told me I would “pay when it’s my turn” and to go sit and wait in the waiting area. I was very confused and kept trying to ask why I had to wait if I’m just trying to pay for the pairs I picked? And she kept just saying “You can pay when it’s your TURN”….very rudely and passive aggressive. Never got an explanation what that meant. So she kept my stuff and I said I would come back at a slower time and she said that’s ok. Again when I came back I had to sit in the waiting area for a while (almost an hour) just to pay for the glasses even though I had a prescription already….

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was supportive, especially Amy, the Office Assistant. All of the Workers helped me choose a style shape and color that enhanced my facial features, and got me through the insurance process without me having to wait so long. It is a great crew helping People find sight.

The doctor was nice, but seemed pretty rushed. The lady I bought the glasses from was nice. Took 3 weeks to get my glasses, which is a long time when you are getting daily migraines because you need new glasses. I called a day after they were supposed to be in, and only my sunglasses were in. I then called a week later and the guy on the phone said they were both there. He was very short with me and seemed annoyed I was asking, but I had never received a call. Then when I went to pick them up the lady was confused saying I only had my sunglasses but when she looked more she found the glasses in a different drawer. So guessing they were probably there a week earlier when I had originally called. She also seemed annoyed to be there and was not very friendly, so I finally just said my glasses were fine (but they still need adjusted more…they keep falling down my face). Just didn’t want to inconvenience her. When you spend close to $300 on glasses you expect people to at least be nice. And you maybe expect a call that your glasses are ready. 3 weeks seems like a very long time to wait for glasses, especially when you can buy glasses online and wait less time. My anxiety kept me from going to the eye doctor or getting new glasses. Now it’ll probably be another 5 years before I get new ones. Would not recommend America’s Best. I heard Vision For Less you only have to wait an hour for your glasses to be ready, so maybe I will try them next time. Also…edited to add…when you go to the dentist you always get a new toothbrush. I was under the impression when you got new glasses you always get a hard case for them and a new glasses wipe? I got some felt case that would protect nothing and no wipe. So was also bummed about that because now I have to spend yet more money on top of having to go back to get my glasses fixed.
