This is the first time in my life that I’ve given a 1-star review. The staff at this shop are very rude—they want to eat but don’t want to work. Only one staff member was attending to customers, while two others just sat there without asking if I needed anything, even though there were only two customers in the shop. After I lost patience and decided to leave, a rude staff member came to the door and told me not to come back.

Tyler at AT&T is awesome. He is friendly, kind have warm demeanor and professional. He help me with my phone and patiently explaining the situation. Now I am able to continue to use my phone. It was definitely a good experience.

Came for the IPhone 16 Pro Max deal, although it was a bit late the store hours are listed to be closed at 8pm (we came around 7:30pm). We were “greeted”(we had to walk towards them) by one employee while the other sat there. Asked about the trade in deal but was told it didn’t start until the next day, which either the employee was brand new or he didn’t want to service us at the late hour. I told him that someone we knew was able to get the deal a few days ago. So, why not be honest and say it’s late would you be able to try tomorrow so we can better service you or better yet close at 7pm. Did not waste my time here went to Costco where I got probably the best service a paying customer could ask for plus $100 gift card with my IPhone 16 Pro Max.

Natalie Roger was absolutely amazing. She helped us in everything and getting new phone with ease. She is the perfect customer service agent that you can talk to and have your problems fixed! totally recommend her and recommend this store.

I’d use the store on Merle Hay. The associate who helped me was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Once I had literally walked outside and found an issue with the $1300 phone I just got, I was told that it wasn’t their problem and that I’d have to go to the Apple Store to resolve the problem, which then proceeded to waste another 3 hours of my time after the phone AT&T JUST sold me didn’t work right. What about warranty of merchantability laws? I guess AT&T hasn’t heard of them. Zero stars for company, this location, and that one bespectacled employee in particular.

Erica was absolutely amazing she walked us through the process explaining everything, we added a new line and she helped pick out based off needs.No pressure at all.
We came back another weekend and asked for her as we were upgrading another 2 lines. If you are looking for someone who will take care of you, she is it!!! She's an absolute angel. 💯 the best!

We’ve been having trouble with our AT&T cell phone getting service in our home in Urbandale for over a year. We went to the AT&T store at Douglas and Merle Hay Road several times and felt like every time we just got the runrunaround. We’ve changed Internet service at our home twice thinking that was the problem. We was out by the AT&T store on Mill Civic and S. 68th St. today and thought we had nothing to lose by stopping in and asking them. We walked in and was greeted by Egide and told him the problem we was having with our phone. He asked my wife to unlock the phone and ask us where we lived. He knew exactly what our problem was with our phone and changed the setting. We’ve been home this afternoon and it’s been working great.! after everything we’ve been through I’m so glad we stopped into this store today. It is so nice to be able to talk to someone that knows their job. Thank you again for your great service!

Natalie R. was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a huge issue another AT&T location had caused. She did NOT have to help me because she didn’t cause the issue but she 1. De-escalated me when I came in super frustrated. 2. Was extremely knowledgeable on what went wrong with my account 3. Worked as swiftly as possible to get the situation handled. What took another location 2 weeks to figure out, Natalie figured out in a day. Very thankful for the positive experience and I will stay a customer with AT&T thanks to Natalie!

Went in to order my new phone since I didn’t think it was in stock, the manager let me know they did have one & the whole process after that went so smooth! Lily was absolutely amazing! She talked me through everything as she did it, assisted getting everything transferred & my new watch set up. I’m closer to another AT&T but I will make the drive to this one every single time! Everyone at this location is so phenomenal.

This store is just wonderful to say the least! The manager is so sweet and welcoming making customers feel at home and the reps knows their stuff, knowledgeable and strait to the point. Process literally took just minutes and I'd go to no other location unless I have to.
