Customer service is so important these days and when I have an experience where customer service goes above and beyond to please; to mention it so others can enjoy their service. It is rare but is common practice at a bank in Wes Des Moines, Iowa called "Bank". The "Bank" branch manager is Meredith Moore, who goes to all ends to make our experience the Bank is a hidden Diamond. It doesn't matter where you live as I live in NV.Check them out as they have incredible services as well as "People". Ask for Meredith and tell them Jan sent you.

I highly recommend this BANK. As a first time customer I was greeted by the friendly and smiling face of Meredith, the branch manager. She was very helpful in opening a high yielding savings account for me.Could not be happier with the service and attention I receieve when entering the Bank. I appreciate the advice received on saving accounts and CDs. Everyone is always so friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. They make me feel that my business matters.I recommend the BANK to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

I have a savings account and CD with BANK and both rates are very competitive. The atmosphere is exceedingly customer friendly and professional. I opened a CD when out of state and Meredith made the process easy for me. It was done very promptly with good communication and competency. I highly recommend using BANK!
