I’ve never felt so disrespected before. Literally all of workers were watching me in a very non discreet manner as if I was going to steal. It was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Teach them better. Understand if you have to deter people but I wasn’t even being “suspicious”.

I visited BoxLunch at the Jordan Creek Town Center and found several wonderful gifts, showcasing the store's great selection of unique and interesting items. However, my overall positive shopping experience was somewhat overshadowed by the checkout process.Firstly, the store appeared to be understaffed at the checkout counters. Despite there being a long line, only one cashier was actively checking out customers, while another employee was present at a second register but not assisting with the checkout process. This led to a longer waiting time than necessary, which could be frustrating for customers, especially during busy shopping periods.Additionally, when it was my turn to checkout, the cashier asked for my phone number without providing any context. When I inquired about the reason for this request, I didn't receive a clear answer. It seemed like it might have been related to a rewards program, but this wasn't communicated. A simple explanation or asking if I was a member of their rewards program, or if I'd like to join, would have made the request more understandable and less intrusive.In conclusion, while BoxLunch offers a fantastic range of products that are perfect for gifting, the checkout experience during my visit could have been more efficient and transparent. I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences for customers at this location.

It took a long time in line, but was worth it. If your looking for stuff in a lower price range it's not a great pick, because the stuff is almost all over 20 dollars even for small stuff but will last long and good condition.
