Got our daughter a bear for her birthday. Staff was super helpful and patient with us.

We treated our daughter to her first build a bear for her birthday. The ladies working that late afternoon were wonderful and did an excellent service making our daughter so happy and excited! Thank you so much to the kind lady who blessed my daughter with a memorable experience in building her birthday bear!

i’m 23 years old but i still love build a bear!! friendliness is always top tier!! excited to finally see one of the cinnamoroll plushies in store !! really lets me relive my inner child (:
