If you are no longer open on Sundays at 10, change your hours on the door. It isn't very hard to take a marker and change it until you get a new sign.

Went in on New Year’s Day mid afternoon, the outer door was unlocked and the inner door was propped open. I walked around for a while without seeing or hearing a single human. I finally left without buying anything because there were no employees to be found. Someone could’ve easily robbed this place blind, not sure what was going on.

The whole place is so unorganized. They directed me to the 2T boys' clothes in a corner of the store. As I wandered around the rest of the store, I discovered they were also sprinkled around here and there. Awefully frustrating!!!!

Clothes are nice and reasonably priced but staff seemingly could care less about their customers. Went in today for a number of Christmas gifts. The place wasn't crowded and I easily picked out 4 outfits to purchase. Not an employee to be found at the register or in the store. After waiting and wandering around for about 15 minutes looking for someone to check me out. I abandoned my merchandise. Won't be back. Plenty of other stores where baby clothes can be found.

this store is a mess. every worker there was rude. my daughter and i were standing by the toys (which are inconveniently by the registers) and the register lady said “are you guys in line” in the rudest tone i’ve ever heard. not to mention the other parents in the store throwing glares at us when quite literally my daughter was probably the best dressed in there. i scooped up my daughter and left. i will NEVER come back to a carters. and nor will any of my friends or family. i wish i could give this place a 0 star. and it seems like a lot of other people agree. considering the amount of 1 star reviews. DO BETTER.

They mass-mailed my wife a catalogue of baby clothes. Unfortunately she had a miscarriage 6 months before. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get removed from their mailing lists, to no avail.

Walked in an unlocked door at 6:01 and they quickly informed me from across the store they closed at 6:00. They were so rude. Apparently they were ready to go home. Didn’t even ask what I needed- and I wasn’t planning on shopping. Just making a quick return. Not impressed.
