Other than the shady figures that hang around at night and the suspicious characters at night
it's fine. Why are they're twice as much staff at night. It's 11:11 and there's 8 employees here.

I work at 5 am almost everyday and they never have any breakfast stuff out except donuts no pizza no breakfast sandwiches, I mean NEVER!!! The cashier is great but the lady in the kitchen is rude and always listening to music loudly and singing instead of really working I can here the music all the way to the register. I used to work at Casey's and I know this ain't right. The Manager needs to manage and if that rude lady don't want to here it move on.

I stopped to get gas real quick and prepaid $20 outside at the pump with my debit card. As soon as I got in the car I looked at the app for my card and it said I had spent $175 at Casey's!!! Apparently this is normal? However it's annoying and unnecessary. I need that money, I'm so mad.

Food quality has gone down a overall at the chain me for a while now. This particular one has water downed soda and skimped out food. Ie Less meat on their sliders, not filling the whole sandwich, than other Casey's for instance. Profits > quality I guess.

Couldn't give Casey's more props for the Stellar performance of your air compressor setup on the outside of your buildings these air nozzles are the best in town by far beat any other gas station 10 to 1 and its free, the donuts are good the bathrooms are always clean the pizzas to die for I mean the only thing that I don't like about them is they don't sell cheap cigarettes I can go to one of the fish games and get a pack of montego's for five bucks here they're $8 only drawback of this place the price on the cigarettes otherwise I would go here any day actually everyday thanks Casey's

Had shoulder surgery the other day i paid for my pizza online so I could get in and out got followed outside because the guy in the kitchen said I was stealing it had to take extra time to prove it was paid for bad service also not to mention dangerous for employees and customers to follow someone outside and confront

I don't think they've ever messed up my order, it's ready on time, and the employees are very chill. I don't love having ads blaring while I'm getting gas, but that's a Corporate issue, not the fault of the people working there.

We had ordered a pizza for delivery and when we recieved it, it was not to our liking. I called and talked with the manager who was so nice and helpful in rectifying the situation. He refunded me the money and made a whole new pizza which was cooked properly. A few days later I recieved a coupon for a free pizza in the mail with a hand written note apologizing for the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer!

I just went to look at this location. For particular type of potato chip. They did not have it and so I asked the clerk if I could possibly get changed for a 20. He said you've got to buy something. I said really, you don't have what I need. He said go to Conoco down the street. I said really he's like yea. Just go down the street if you don't like what you see here.I was so taken back I was like ok. I bought a Skor bar and asked for 1s he gave me a 10. 5 and 3 1s. Asking where his name Tag was he said I'm Brandon I asked for my receipt. A woman in the store said you're being really mean. Immediately responding I indicated it wasn't her conversation. As I walked out the door Brandon mumbled under his breath and I returned Asking what?He said I didn't say noting to you.Being a member of staff at Casey corporate this is not the culture we strive to have at Casey's. This store is 2 blocks from my home and HyVee Fresh mart won my C store business!Brandon. A class in etiquette is needed here!

Every time I go to this Caseys for a quick bite to eat they never have fresh food. There is always just a few slices of pizza that look like they have been there all day. There are never any chicken sandwiches or pork loins. I highly recommend just going across the street to hyvee fresh.
