Had shoulder surgery the other day i paid for my pizza online so I could get in and out got followed outside because the guy in the kitchen said I was stealing it had to take extra time to prove it was paid for bad service also not to mention dangerous for employees and customers to follow someone outside and confront

I don't think they've ever messed up my order, it's ready on time, and the employees are very chill. I don't love having ads blaring while I'm getting gas, but that's a Corporate issue, not the fault of the people working there.

We had ordered a pizza for delivery and when we recieved it, it was not to our liking. I called and talked with the manager who was so nice and helpful in rectifying the situation. He refunded me the money and made a whole new pizza which was cooked properly. A few days later I recieved a coupon for a free pizza in the mail with a hand written note apologizing for the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer!

I just went to look at this location. For particular type of potato chip. They did not have it and so I asked the clerk if I could possibly get changed for a 20. He said you've got to buy something. I said really, you don't have what I need. He said go to Conoco down the street. I said really he's like yea. Just go down the street if you don't like what you see here.I was so taken back I was like ok. I bought a Skor bar and asked for 1s he gave me a 10. 5 and 3 1s. Asking where his name Tag was he said I'm Brandon I asked for my receipt. A woman in the store said you're being really mean. Immediately responding I indicated it wasn't her conversation. As I walked out the door Brandon mumbled under his breath and I returned Asking what?He said I didn't say noting to you.Being a member of staff at Casey corporate this is not the culture we strive to have at Casey's. This store is 2 blocks from my home and HyVee Fresh mart won my C store business!Brandon. A class in etiquette is needed here!

Every time I go to this Caseys for a quick bite to eat they never have fresh food. There is always just a few slices of pizza that look like they have been there all day. There are never any chicken sandwiches or pork loins. I highly recommend just going across the street to hyvee fresh.

Not very professional on the clock employees, that threaten people and pick on handicap/ mentally challenged people. Not just at work, but on every social media platform out there, SAD one employee has to make a good establishment look and sound bad. They should take out the garbage, with the garbage, and leave it in the trash were it belongs. I really hope management or ownership doesn't support this bullieing and harassment that goes on with it's customers, personal problems need to stay home, not in the public workplace environment.

I stopped in at around 3 am. Needless to say it was not at all busy and we were one of two customers in the store. The employee at the register told me it would be an hour wait for a pizza because, "there's a lot going on back there." I managed a restaurant on one of the busiest streets in San Francisco and it never took us an hour during rush out to get food out. This is a pizza being cooked in a convection oven. Please. He then discouraged us from ordering pizza and suggested other ready made meals, I guess assuming we weren't local. Then as we were picking out a pizza from the frozen section we noticed the cashier was just sitting on his phone. The other employee handed someone else a pizza and began stocking shelves. It is abundantly clear this lazy staff just doesn't like to take the time to make pizzas after reading through these other reviews.

Ordered a few pizzas through their app several days ago for delivery. First, the estimated delivery was 45 mins which seemed ok, but then after ordering it said it would be closer to 2 hours. 2 hours go by and we try calling store several times, but no answer. Pretty rude, but what's worse is not only did they never deliver or even attempt to deliver the pizzas, they still charged me for them and the delivery. At first the charge was pending on my credit card but now it is confirmed.I've been trying to call them again and will let the phone ring for 20 minutes at a time while I'm doing other things and still no answer.Shady place. Don't utilize them if you don't have to. Hopefully Kwik Star's intro to the metro will help Casey's step their game up a little.

Went there three mornings in a row and no sausage breakfast pizza available. The cook was just leaning against the counter doing nothing. I will not go back. I now go the Casey's on Railroad.

They have extremely poor customer service they never answer and the night crew is super rude to all guests. Don't recommend you shop this Casey's unless you are dying and even then you might be dead before they assist. And by the way one star is too high a rating but it won't let me give anything less. Also I started calling the store before my husband went up there and sadly I was still waiting for them to answer when my husband went there waited for order to be completed and then drove home. That is pathetic and a shame.
