I should give 0 star if I can .I , my mom , my 2 kids spent almost 2 hour there to shop get Ready for my mom trip to Vietnam . So we shop a lot almost full 2 cart , I use my husband membership card for check out . my husband shop Costco more than me , I own the business so I’m busy sometimes shop there few times with him. So he have 1 card and he gave another one to his friend . So this time I go without him because today 3/19/2024 , he busy so I go myself with mom . When I check out , around maybe 3:30 -4:00 the Asian lady ( I don’t know her name ) scan my card, few minutes later 2 man appear and ask me. “can I see your card again ? Where the person in the card ? Is he here “ I said “ no , that’s my husband he’s not here “ they said my husband have to be show up for me to check out, if my husband not here they cannot check me out .Omg …and they ask me my driver license with my husband card and said to me “ you not in the system “ .” Your husband have 2 card , where another one’s “ I said I don’t know. But that’s my husband I cannot use his card ? They said no , he have to be here to show his face , I said FaceTime ok , they said no . And turn to my mom ask “ who is she “ OmG … I go shop and I pay at lease $ 1000 for 2 card . They treat me like I stolen something from them . To many questions feel like I’m in investigation. Finally , they said “ do you want wait your husband here ? “ I said we live Southside , I take 1 hour go and back just to show up his face for me to check out ? I said no , then they said “ you want open new account? Oh , hell , no ? Why my husband have it already I have to open another one ? I’m business owner,I’m own small nails salon. if I am a manager, I will let my customers check out this time because they waste their time to shop , I will said “ this time I will check you out but next time , please come with your husband “ that’s way you don’t loose your customers. Example , What if the parent have 2 card , but they need something do their daughter/son 18-19 years old shop there for parent , do the parents need to open 1 more new accounts for their kid ? That’s stupid.when you do business, need to flexible.customers bring income to you , you don’t treat your customers like that .finally I left without check out because I so sad , I did cry because it’s stressful. I swear never go back Costco . It’s terrible. If you don’t check out their family card membership, you should send somebody check everyone card at the get in gate , and stop them at beginning, so it’s not wasted my time and add stress to my life .after I left I and my mom with my kid stop Sam club, choose the same thing at Costco , I did spend over 1000 $ for today .its took me 2 more hour at Sam club . I call and told my husband, few hour later he when to cost cancel his membership right away, never see you again Costco .

With exception to Jenn on the front end, everybody at this store has been friendly and helpful for the 5 years I’ve shopped here.
Everything is easy to find. Good prices. Well organized. Even when things get moved, they’re easy to find and it makes sense.
Lines are long but they should be! They mow right through these lines pretty easily even on weekends.

I love going to Costco if only to just walk around. I wish their monthly coupon book at more values!! They keep getting less and less, especially things we want and need. They used to be much much better!!!

Parking is undesirable and do not have the products I would buy from another big box store. Tried canceling my membership by phone and you have to drive to the store to get this done. So will have to travel and try to park in the not user friendly parking to cancell.

Horrible, horrible experience with Costco. My advice is if you can see it and put it in your cart great. Do not order anything from them. If anything goes wrong they will not help you! All you can do is call the 800 # wait two hours on hold or wait for them to call you back. to be told they will try to do something but pretty much just want you off the phone and won't do anything. They owe me over $2000.00 for a appliance order I never received, they agreed it was severely mishandled and would cancel the order over 10 days ago still no refund issued. I learned the hard way don't buy trips, services, cars etc because all you will here is we can't help you. Yes we are executive members which turns out to just be another scam because you still get no help.

I bought 2 GoPro cameras and a MacBook today and the grumpy lady that set up my Apple care told me I couldn't keep the cardboard posters I used to check the cameras out. I'm absolutely appalled, to say the least, by this lack of customer service. When I grew up, if somebody asked you politely for a piece of cardboard, you oblige and give them not only the cardboard, but a marker to write "anything helps" on that cardboard. That's called going above and beyond. I'm completely disappointed in this business and it's rapid decline as of late. I hope denying my cardboard made her attitude better for the next person.

Came here to get some gas on my way to Omaha, and as usual, the gas prices were lower than other spots! Lots of pumps, didn't have to wait in the morning.

The other day me and my daughter were in there a the girl working self checkouts at Costco west side in Albuquerque New Mexico was so rude she couldn’t walk up and scan my case of water so between me snd my daughter who just had surgery try to lift it and She turned and told us not to put it on the scanner so I had to hold it in my hands while she told us and also Insulted us and I told the manager I wanted to make an accident report and they never got a hold of me so I kept reaching out to them and they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me they closed my case and never even Apologized to me so I refuse to ever go to Costco again and I am spreading the word to everyone we speak to very rude customer service and in stores as well if you have any questions you can reach out to me at (505)839-2465 thank you Liz

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country and at this particular place It was clean and well attended with staff a available to help you in no matter what type of situation you may need. Costco in general has very good covid-19 practices in all their staff were masked as well. The quality of the gas is excellent especially for the price point that they ask for and if you need to use premium gas it's a really good value. I recommend using Costco not only for the quality of their goods and their gas but how they treat their staff and give them a livable wage with healthcare and benefits I always want to support a large retail Box store that does that type of thing

Absolutely done with this place. 10 years I've belonged. I'm sick of their anal mask policy and liberal agenda. As a nurse we don't enforce masks near as crazy as they do there. My whole family is so tired of it none of us are renewing our memberships. There's nothing more irritating then a food store employee telling me (8 months pregnant and a nurse of 12 years) to wear a mask. If I was so scared and thought a mask would save my life then I probably wouldn't be able to do my job. So next time Costco employees- you have no medical knowledge or experience, you spent half the year hiding in your homes on unemployment and now to be giving advice to me?. I'm not scared of covid seeing as I work with these pts often and never got reinfected once. Everyone is done with this place.

I pay for the privilege to shop there. If you're going to train your employees to pride themselves on "mask-enforcement," don't you dare let someone with a nasty, stained fabric diaper over their face, try to approach anyone and preach about "health and safety." And your mask requirement is ridiculous by the way. Bacterial pneumonia is more deadly than COVID, and the state of Iowa has no mask mandate. Recommend a mask all you want, but don't harass people and try to enforce it like it's law, because it's not. Also, your produce section was a disaster. Your employees would probably perform better without their oxygen flow being restricted.
