Gas service needs to be updated. I have been there quite a few times with a pump down and there is no to tell. And then I’ve ended up taking forever to fill up. Staff people should find a way to indicate this issue until they get the sign that indicates number of open pumps like in Ankeny.

Best times to go are weekday mornings. Prices are reasonable, especially for their brands. Selection is limited for most items.

Really hurts me to give you 1 star. But you really earned zero. I’ve shopped here for years and you used to have the best customer service. You now have the worst. I paid full price for a kitchenaid mixer YESTERDAY. And today when my daughter tried to return it unused, still boxed and had receipt (she wanted a different color) YOU wanted to not only give me store credit (fine I shop here all the time) but you also wanted to give me less than what I paid?? How does this make any sense??
It’s been less than 24 hrs!
Might be time to check out Sam’s Club.

Always LONG LINES. Take a look at this picture, it was taken on a Thursday evening at 7pm. It is always like that here. This store never has enough registers open - no matter the time or day, even though there is staff everywhere on the front end of the store. There will be one cashier working and 3 or 4 people standing around a desk in the back talking to each other doing nothing. The management here knows about the problem but they refuse to do anything about it. It's disrespectful to customers to have a single cashier working for an entire store, and expect us to wait 15 minutes in line. Canceled my membership.

I love Costco and Sam's I've been a member of clubs like these since I started shopping for my family. In the late 80's early 90's it was Pace.
When my kids were growing up we had both Sam's and Costco and I became disabled in my early 30's. This is when Costco told me if I was too sick to come in to the club I could send someone with my card to get our goods.
Well now this is not possible. I have friends that have cards that I can ask to pick stuff up but for me I will not renew my membership because although it's not often that I ask someone to go get my stuff because they usually take me to ensure I get what I need, but my disease has progressed and now when I need that option the most it's not available.
There are things at Costco I prefer over Sam's but that's why I always get both but now I will stick with just one.
I get the not sharing a card but with this you have to realize there are families that are taking care of elderly, disabled etc and many of us will just take our business somewhere else.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always extremely clean, and the only issue is how fast the parking lot fills up. Worth the visit!

Employees are helpful. Items are cheap in bulk favorite store downside everything switches like every day.
