I waited two and a half hours for a prescription at which point I went in to ask if it was as ready and they said they didn’t have enough to fill it. Why wouldn’t they tell me that right when they found out instead of me going in to ask an hour before any CVS closes?

I have been going to this cvs pharmacy for a year or two now but recently the staff has changed and I find myself questioning if I am going to continue to get my prescriptions there. the last few months I have been in the gentleman pharmacist has been kind of rude. There is no need for that. He should prob look into a profession where he doesn’t have to talk to the customers.

I do not know about other CVS locations. But if you ever come to this CVS, make sure you stay at the counter until you get what you need. The other day the pharmacist told a patient to come back in half an hour because she needed to call the doctor. Shortly after the patient left, the pharmacy tech started throwing a fit and berating the pharmacist (who was on the phone) in front of all the customers in line, calling her incompetent and not doing her job. It was very abrasive and unprofessional. Their philosophy is that the customers in line have first priority. However, to some employees that obviously translates into "out of sight, out of mind". As long as you walk away from the counter, you stop being their first priority.

Could have done without the "lecture" given today from the pharmacist, Iris K Fung. A family member had to wait close to an hour for a script to be filled today because "the patient was early...by a day" in her opinion; and then she wrote a note on the bag saying it was last filled on "x" day and it should be filled tomorrow. Well, honey, today was the last medication, and my family member knows how to count to 30 as you suggested they do, plus has to be at work at 3 AM tomorrow so unless you want to meet said family member at 2:30 AM-this was the day to pick up this med! If the doctor has said it is ok and insurance said it was ok...who are you??? Not everyone can wait until mid morning to take a medication. I would suggest you stick to what you know and that is to not think you know everyones life and schedule. I have been using this CVS for years and loved it. This one interaction was enough to drive me away. Thanks, Iris!

I’m traveling for work and came down with the flu pretty suddenly! The teledoc called 2 scripts into this store (in target on Mills Civic). I noticed on the CVS app they only had one script and called - at 15 minutes to close. Annie answered and was so helpful! She said she’d call the teledoc and try to get that second med. she said as long as she got it by 8pm/close she’d fill it so I didn’t have to wait! She was great and really seemed to care about getting me the meds I needed without waiting overnight.

This is a really nice Target store. It's very clean and the staff are generally helpful. I go there for some really specific items there are lots of opportunities for shopping including grocery it's a reasonable amount of fresh vegetables and even fresh organic vegetables and a reasonable amount of other groceries. They also have a large selection of everyday household items. In particular for me the paper products that they have are really worth buying. They have the larger compilations of Viva paper towels with 8 to a section and they also have the larger amount of storage bags with 68 to a box. They have a nice section of pharmaceutical items in first aid items that are very reasonably priced. they also have some of the other household goods that you might need like water filters for purifiers like PUR. They also have pots pans plates storage things and furniture that you might need for a house or apartment or dorm room. They have a very large selection of children's clothes and games and things that you might need for kids including some school supplies that are in there office supply section. It's an opportunity to get some really reasonably priced household items from groceries to furniture 2 first aid supplies. I recommend the drive if you live far away to this particular Target superstore the selection is really nice.

After attempting to fill one prescription here, I will never do business here again. They promised to call me Thursday if there were any issues filling the prescription. Since I did not receive a phone call, I went to pick it up on Saturday. The pharmacist was argumentative with me and bordering on rude. She had no clue as to what I was talking about and started the entire process over again. They wasted hours of my time and treated me poorly for the inconvenience of it. A lesson learned for me. I will not do business here ever again.
