Not a great experience, I was having a great time shopping around 7:15 until I walked up to one of the many associates working there and asked for a sample. They not so nicely rejected my request because they "dont do that" whilst one of their coworkers were actively giving out samples of colone to another guy shopping right down the isle.

They fat shamed my gf and her sister while they were prom dress shopping. Telling them they don’t want the girls to rip the dresses and, maybe u should try bigger sizes. we were explaining what happened to the manager, and another woman said her daughter experienced the same treatment.
If u feel so low as to pick on a high schooler and a pregnant woman u might need help.

A friend and I went to Dillards this passed Saturday. He decided he liked a cologne that he sampled. A worker comes to us and asks which one would you like to buy. While holing the bottle and pointing to it, he grabbed the box and said whe will check us out. So we pay and leave. Great, he now has new cologne.
Fast forward: It is now Monday and my friend goes to open the cologne. After opening it and sprays it, he noticed it was not the right one. (there were two different types of the same brand). He goes to the store today and was told he cannot return the purchased item even after explaining the situation. Like how do we know what the correct packaging looks like. This didn't even happen to me and I am super annoyed. The cologne was almost $200. What a joke.
My friend and I buy cologne there ALL the time. Not joking. Well, I will be taking my business to another retailer. What a let down this was.

The people are just so nice here, but things are marked up so much. I ended up spending 50 extra dollars on some cologne that I could have gotten online with free shipping for 120!

Just walked in to browse considering no Macy's in the area. Lady at counter stared at me the entire time I was looking at dresses. Will not be going back to Dillard's. Macy's doesn't treat customers that way.

Went in to try and buy a fragrance, two ladies were available to behind the counter. One was unable to answer questions or assist me in finding a fragrance based on the scent I was looking for. The other was more helpful and provided some samples based on what is popular. After doing my own sampling I requested a sample bottle of my two favorites but was only provided one of them. Found the perfume I wanted for cheaper elsewhere.

Asked one of the ladies for help on the zipper on one of the dresses and she said “well what do you want me to do”, great response for customer service ?

Isabel is one of the most sellers. She gave me lots of samples of the way I could not leave the store without buying a perfume collection. Further, she warped the perfume in a perfect way. ?

The staff was friendly and helpful. Been looking for a prom dress. We found one unfortunately not in the right size had it ordered and will be here soon.

We've been shopping at Dillard's for years. My wife used to work there for a short time. They tend to have a sale in spring and fall that has a lot of really good deals. Always liked the selection and customer service. Mall shopping isn't what it used to be but hopefully Dillard's weathers the storm.
