The employees were very kind and helpful, the store was in a bit clustered with boxes, but overall relatively clean for a Dollar Tree.

We go to this store often and today I experienced the Manager (I assume she was the manager) yelling at the sweet older lady that works the check out, at the front of the store in front of another associate and everyone in the store. The poor lady was so upset and it was upsetting for myself and my grandson. They were just feet from the office which would have been a better place for that conversation and the topic did not deserve the way that manager was speaking. This manager needs some training in people skills and what poor cashier needs a raise.

It say dollar tree, that means $1.00, not $1.25, $5.00, $10.00. It makes no since. You buy 5 things over $8. Really not again

Best Dollar Tree in West Des Moines. Much better atmosphere, much cleaner, and better selection than the alternatives.

Pretty good Dollar tree. There are no frozen items, but otherwise decent selection of what you'd expect from a dollar tree. I like getting decorations here every once and a while.

Used to be a beautiful clean albeit not as stocked as others around des moines but still a very nice store. Must have changed management as it's a pit now.

I’ve been in a lot of Dollar Tree stores around the Des Moines area and across other states. This had to be the dirtiest store I have ever been in. I took pictures I was so surprised.For one it is in a up scale area of town, but even for a low scale area it was so filthy.

Workers were pleasant. Shelves were extremely sparse, often the case at this location.
