Store is VERY dirty. Carpet not vacuumed, all mirrors are disgusting, bathroom looks like it had not been cleaned in a year. Out of paper towels and toilet paper. Entrance into store has salt, gravel, dirt. Usually when you are there at opening, things are in an orderly matter. No wonder everyone shops online now.

Bought shoes, wore them for 10 mins and wanted to return them. She said they can’t sell them because they were worn once, and had a small amount of dirt on the bottom of them. So if I cleaned the dirt off the bottom and said they weren’t worn they would have accepted them and given me my money back? Could only get merchandise credit even though I really don’t want to shop there again. Wont be returning after this. Employees really aren’t that friendly either.

Received a 10 dollar off scratch off coupon that wasn't applied to purchase. The cashier was not very friendly either.

The cashier straight up lied to us. She offered to give us a $20 off coupon (this would have been a greater saving than the 25% off coupon we found out we could only use online). When she was ringing us up she put the $20 off but then canceled it and replaced it with a 15% off coupon instead, which was only like $10.50 off.
Not coming to this store again, we returned the shoes and just used our original coupon online (with free shipping).

Why variety of shoes and boots and various styles. Usually if they don’t have what you’re looking for they can certainly order for you and have it shipped to your house.

I had a horrible experience a little over a year ago and hadn't been into the store since. Today, my daughter and I went into the store to purchase some shoes I found online that said they were available in store. Mary and Barb the sales manager helped me. They couldn't find the shoes in store and helped me get them ordered and shipped to my house. They were wonderful and very friendly, much different than the experiences I had in the past. We will be returning again!

Workers are so rude, the one girl named Stephanie rolls her eyes at every single customer. The one big girl I never got her name she kept snickering at the shoes I was trying to buy. Get better employers please.

Very nice place to purchase a shoes. The two associate at snowy day, helped our 11 months old boy to choose the right shoes for himself. Thank you Stefi and Bobi (I hope I pronounce and write their name correctly). Our experience was awesome here!

Placed order 12/16/23 to ship-tp-store in 5-7 business days and regularly checked for email order arrived. The first customer service agent suggested reordering by noon on 12/29/23, but call local store first to see if they had shoes available.
The store did not have my size, so I spoke to 2nd customer service agent, who researched and found the order was delivered to the local store on 12/22/23. She emailed the FedEx delivery confirmation. However, the online status continued stating the order was in process.
I called the local store again and was told the system showed the order shipped, but hadn't arrived. She also said the order looked odd and maybe I should reorder. She requested details from me and physically looked for & found the order.
No one called, emailed, texted or communicated in any other way that the order did indeed arrive 12/22/23.
I am grateful to get order, but disappointed in the way this was handled. Do better DSW.
