The hotel itself is bright, modern, and posh, creating a good first impression with its beautiful, big, and bright lobby. Guests describe it as a relaxing and inviting place. The rooms are consistently praised as great, spacious, very large, clean, and spotless, with a new feeling and full amenities suitable for a longer stay. The hotel offers nice, clean modern amenities, including refillable shower dispensers for sustainability. The property is very nice for the price, offering more than other places. Amenities include a clean pool and an outdoor hot tub, which guests enjoyed, as well as a car charger on the property. The staff receives high praise, described as amazing, very friendly, accommodating, nice, and efficient. The complimentary breakfast is frequently highlighted as killer, delish, very good, and great, though one guest noted the not made-to-order items were room temperature. The hotel also offers a happy hour with free wine, beer, and snacks. Some drawbacks were noted. The shower in one room seemed like an afterthought, and the opening windows may not be sealed properly, potentially causing a whistling noise and drafts on windy nights. Sound insulation can be an issue, as you can hear everything in the hallways. A rare issue involved a room mix-up and an isolated unpleasant smell. Overall, guests loved the hotel and would stay again, especially for a short stay or when passing through.
The rooms are sizeable, nice and quiet, fullsize refrigerator, stove burners, no cookware or utensils. The breakfast is limited. The grounds are very nice for sitting outside. I did find it very difficult to teach the front desk on several occasions in my 1 day stay.

I had a great stay overall, and the lady at the front desk was awesome super friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that our room didn’t have bedding for the sofa, and there were no pool towels available when we went to use the pool. A few small details to improve, but otherwise a positive experience!
