If you have a Corvette, good luck getting the wash to start! I used the bay furthest to the left. However, when I went to another one down the row, the wash worked fine.

Overpriced, you’re better off going to a Kwik Star car wash. Bad customer service - if you accidentally get overcharged good luck getting your money back. After using their service for years I’m done with them. Save your money and go literally anywhere else

I have been going to this car wash for years, but now I likely will not go back. The first time I swiped my card it gave a communication error, and restarted the transaction, so I swiped my card a second time. Come to find out, my card got charged twice and they have no phone number online to contact them, only a Google Form. I filled out the Google Form requesting a refund, and got a response the next day, but from a no reply email. I requested a refund on the duplicate charge, and instead got a code to redeem the car wash I didn’t want to pay for. Horrible customer service, how can you not have a phone number to be contacted at.

Their blower malfunctioned and shot something at my car causing significant damage. Be careful bringing you car through there. They won't take responsibility in their faulty equipment even thought they have cameras within the wash. You won't be able to get a hold of them either no phone number or email and there customer support is a joke.

I am posting this review immediately as I am very disappointed with this car wash. Also this might be useful for other. I have took executive car wash worth 16$ and the car wash is wasted. The car wash did not even clean the car as the general wash . It said super dry but it was not.
