I brought in my Chevy Silverado and explained there was a rubbing sounds on the front driver wheel. I told them the oversize tire was not the cause as those have been in place for about 12 months. After dropping off the vehicle on Friday night for my Saturday appt, I had not heard from anyone by noon, so I called and was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. At 4:30pm I called to check in and was told there is nothing wrong, it is the tires that are running. I asked if they checked the wheel hub and they said they did. When I got the truck home, I jacked it up in the garage and the front driver wheel was super loose. All lug nuts are tight, the hub was well beyond its life and your techs said nothing was wrong. If I can diagnose this problem with a little jack in my driveway, you would think if they would have put it on a lift and wiggled the wheel they even could have figured it out. This could have been a huge accident issue if I would have let my son go back to college

Twice now I’ve had issues with my car after they’ve worked on it; first time, the tech didn’t put the oil cap on after an oil change, oil got everywhere under the hood. Second time, had a routine oil change and inspection done where they wanted me to buy new tires, I declined and elected to make an appointment another day, and as soon as I got in my car and started driving it, noticed one of the tires no longer had a brake pad. Damaged my rotor so badly on the way home I had to get hundreds of dollars in repairs done elsewhere. Additionally, I scheduled an online appointment with them to try to get them to fix my breaks themselves, they called me over and over while I was at work just to say “we’re not going to do your appointment” despite having an opening in their schedule. They then approved the appointment online to make it look like it was scheduled. Tons of issues with this location.

went in for a oil change and they said it needed a new filter they put the filter in sideways they have the most uneducated mechanics i ever seen never coming here again

had horrible experience here, i even posted about it and they removed it, and i'll keep posting about it until they fix it, don't recommend this place, they will leave your car and do nothing for hours.

Had the best experience here today. Anthony and Sam were very helpful and took very good care of our family vehicle on short notice on a Sunday. Their pricing was beyond fair and they didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. They were empathetic, patient, and knowledgeable. Above and beyond experience for sure.
