Fitting room closed and they wouldn’t open them so we could try on some outfits. Told the lady it would cost them a sale and she just shrugged.

If you were thinking of going to this Forever 21 location, think again! To start off my visit the store was in an unacceptable state for a place open to the public. Clothes, food/drink, and spills on floor? After picking out my purchases I walked to the register and was met with straight attitude. Alessandra was extremely disrespectful. On her phone and would not look up until I had put my items on the counter, with people waiting! ?. She forgot to take off the security tag which resulted in a hour round trip back to get it taken off. I am exceedingly angry at this encounter. Hopefully this location can figure out a way to get better hires as it is a nice store and has good clothes for cheap! ?

I would strongly recommend NOT shopping here. They advertise a student discount but even though our child was with us they wouldn't give it to us as we don't have physical ID.

Great customer service. Horrible policy’s. Heads up ladies and gents don’t take off your tags if you are wanting to return your items and be aware of wardrobe malfunctions some aka most of the outfits are cheaply made so just be aware.

I had a the cashier named Delaney. I just needed to return two shirts and a purse. She was SOO RUDE. I understood why the sale shirt couldn’t be returned. But the full price other shirt and purse could be. Nothing on the receipt said FINAL SALE for those items. And wasn’t against policy.Delaney was very disrespectful with an attitude towards me because I didn’t understand why they couldn’t return those two items. She just kept saying to me “we can’t. My computer says we can’t.”I asked for her manager, who was watching this all happen and didn’t do anything about her attitude.The RETURN POLICY is posted at the register. I told them to look at it, cause I should be able to have a refund. Manager was nice enough to give me a return on my shirt but said that the purse had to be store credit.Left and called corporate who confirmed that they should be able to return the purse to my credit card. They checked my receipt and nothing in the policy says they couldn’t. So called the store back and they talked to their store manager, and ended up saying they COULD fix it.Could have been an easy fix. Will shop at a different Forever 21 store now.Seriously they need to teach their workers better customer service. And the managers to not just let them be like that to customers.

Daughter and I came in from 2.5 hours away because our store closed. We were so excited and lived rhe merch. We spent alot of money on there. But, were treated very rudely like we were an imposition for shopping there. Got no assistance and we tried to interact with the cashier someone mentioned in another post and she hardly spoke and barely told us what we owed and was very unfriendly. Hated giving them my hard earned money. Nor.ally shop them online, bought thought itbwould be nice to see the items. Gave them a 2 because the store looked nice and loved the merch. The negative was the rude service.

Please just open up your dressing rooms. Women need to try on their pants. They always fit differently. 90% of your customers dont wear masks anyways. Your employees dont even wear masks.

Worst experience they had 15 minutes until they closed and a worker rushed me out of the store saying they were closing up. Any other place sells until they are completely closed won’t be coming back here always have a terrible experience, store is messy and the clothes are always scrambled.

Worst experience today. I went in this morning and bought a pair of sweatpants without trying on because the fitting rooms seemed to be closed. I checked out with a young girl who was very nice, which was great. I came back later because the pants fit weird so I was returning them. When I went to the register after browsing for a bit I said I'd like to return these. This girl (different girl) smaller girl with long brown hair was extremely effing rude. I said "hi! I just need to return or do an exchange, whichever's easier" (I was buying a different item). She spoke really quietly so I said "sorry what'd you say?" and she goes "I SAID I CAN RETURN IT". Like dude... I was being polite so i just kinda scoffed and said "um ok". So she did that. I was leaving and said "thank you, have a good day" & she just rolled her eyes at me and walked away. So rude for what.
