I've really tried to give this place a fair chance, but it's been incredibly frustrating. The first three protein powders I bought had issues right from the start. The seal on the first one must have melted, and when I opened the second one, there was no seal at all, so I didn't even risk consuming it. Finally, when I opened the third container, the powder was moist and tasted awful. I've never had this many problems buying protein from a local store—it's surprising, given that Amazon and Ryze have no issues shipping protein powder without any problems. When I tried to return the third container, the cashier told me I’d need to wait for the manager, who wouldn't be in until the following Friday. I showed up around 11:00 that day, only to find the store completely closed. The next day, I returned again, and the cashier explained that the new manager had completely forgotten to come in on his opening day. The customer service here is nonexistent. The staff are always uninterested, and it's clear they don't have a good understanding of how the store operates. It's been an incredibly disappointing experience.

Had some limited edition Ghost Energy so that was cool but the cashier seemed so bothered to be working and was dismissive of small talk. Asked him if they got a lot of these and he just said "you can see what's there, right?" Hope his days get better.

DO NOT COME HERE!! If I could give this GNC ZERO stars I would. Customer service was awful and completely ridiculous!! A previous reviewer noted to not purchase anything in the store if you have a child with you. They will not sell anything to you with caffeine in it if you have children with you. If that is the Store’s policy, then fine, place a sign by all caffeinated products indicating this rule. Place a sign as you enter the store or at the register educating what the policy is of the store. But to have the person who works there yell at me across the counter and take the product away from me in front of other customers in the store was appalling! I believe there is a way that you can speak to your customers and maintain good customer service, even if you have policies that include caffeine limitations to minors. I did not get the guy’s name who I dealt with. All I can say is that he was a tall young man with dark curly hair who did not even have a badge or name tag on. I do know that the store managers name is Brandon. I also tried calling the store and the phone number listed under Google is not apparently correct. You cannot get through on the number listed. Please avoid the store and just shop online. Or shop at the Vitamin Shoppe, much better, customer service!!

DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A KID! I was trying to buy a Miami nights gfuel can for my 16 year ild son. He is 16 he can handle it but when we went to check out they did not let me buy it. Apparently of you buy anything with caffine in it and you have a person under 18 with you, you can't buy it. Do not come here if ypu have a kid.

The store is ok kinda not like the gnc I go to in my city missing alot of products.That being said the employees that work here are not that nice the guy actually didn't help me with anything I asked him simple questions and basically seemed like he could care less then he decides to say he's taking a lunch break while I was still shopping for a certain supplement.Better hire better employees and a new manager for this location I told my gym buddies to stay clear of this store.If you don't like your job quit find a job you can do correctly.
