The woman inside treated my family horribly. She tried to withhold their checks to “see if they were real” when they have never had a problem at this location before. It is absurd that you could act this way and take it as far as contacting an employer, to regular customers just because you feel intimidated. racist.

The middle aged woman who worked today at 12 pm made our experience horrible. First she tried saying the most a check could be cashed for was $2,000.. the check wasn’t over 2,000. Then she suddenly changed the limit and claimed it was $1,000. When we said that we’d go somewhere else (Because we ALWAYS cash our checks at the First Interstate Bank on Euclid, and NEVER have problems) she held our checks hostage and then claimed our checks had to be verified. She wasted well over 30 minutes to call our boss to “verify” when we all have been receiving checks for YEARS. As someone who has worked in a credit union and bank, I know that there is a history/ paper trail to show checks that have been cashed by this employer, by who, and the amount. Do better. Especially since you have other locations that are beyond stellar. This employee in particular should be either better trained to ensure they don’t make this location look bad or make their customers feel like they were racially profiled.

This bank is such a scam they told us to download a app which DOESNT WORK!! and for all they might be stealing our money!! Or pulling a scam like why do we need to download a app now when the changes where completed in February.. doesn’t make sense.

Not one form of communication telling me GW was being bought out. Haven't been able to access my checking account for almost a week. Multiple fraud issues over the years with no communication. Had an account for over 15 years. I've had enough. Moving to a new bank ASAP.

Zach and Moses both are uncommonly helpful and friendly. I've had good experiences with Great Western banks in Nebraska and Iowa but I always take note when someone goes out of their way to be personable. It turns something mundane into a pleasure. If they don't know the answer, they will research to find out. I hope their managers see their hard work and compensate them accordingly. I was extremely impressed.

Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. They all make sure you get all the help you need and never make you feel rushed or like they need to be doing other things. Very happy with them every time I go in.

I went in as a noncustomer to get a money order, and they offer money orders for about $9. While this is a lot for a money order, they told me where I could get one cheaper right away. Great customer service! 5/5 Edit: Went back to reward good customer service. Turns out they do not actually give cashiers' checks to non-customers. :( The teller was very nice and helpful, and the customer service was still alright. 3/5

I have my business credit card through Great Western Bank. It is GREAT! Wonderful cash back, simple online transactions. Amazing customer service provided by Curvin and the rest of the gang at Great Western Bank! My next step is their 1% money market account.
