Please stop punishing your employees for not getting our emails. Being told you don’t get a receipt if we don’t give you our email is a scam. Especially since I literally saw the printer print it but they wouldn’t give it to me because I didn’t want to give my email. 👎

Incredibly disappointed in H&M review policy and customer service. Missed return window for new products with tags attached for an online return by 1 day and was told nothing they can do. 30 days is an incredibly short return window, especially in comparison to competitors. I would expect customer service to be empowered to make it right for their guests. First and last time shopper.

The pricing dosen't ring up correctly at the register I left without checking my receipt just to come home and find out that I never got 30% off black friday sales, the line was so long and I didn't want to hold other people waiting but I did ask the associate if my coat was 30% off he said yes then I get home and just happened to look at the receipt to find out I paid full price on 2 of my items that were supposed to be 30% off aaaaa so frustrated so tomorrow I will be returning both of those items and no now I don't want them even if they go to 75%off because of the employee laying straight to my face that quick, I hope he is there tomorrow because I really want to ask him do you remember me uh this was my first time there and it will be my last too.

I wanted to try some clothes on and was told they can't take care of a customer, cause they are trying to prep for black Friday. I left everything I wanted to buy and left.

The supervisor that was working on the first floor on 10/8 early afternoon was amazing! I didn't catch her name but she helped me with a most likely pretty rare issue I had with customer service about an online order. Customer service sent me to the store and even though there wasn't much she could do on her end she advocated for me to customer service over the phone for quite some time while also managing a busy floor and checking out many people at the counter. I really appreciate it!

My granddaughters enjoy shopping the accessories. Staff avoids customers. Quite surprised when I checked out and paid $115 then asked for a bag and clerk demanded another dime after I finished transaction, don’t usually carry change anymore. Somewhat ridiculous to run a credit card through for a dime. I left without a bag. Will shop elsewhere from now on. From reading other comments I see we got off easy.

Their system seems to be down more often than not and is cash only, meaning you cannot shop by card, use / earn points, or make any returns. Also their employees are rude regarding the cash only and will basically make you feel stupid if you do not have cash or ask any questions.

H&M really beautiful clothes/items inside. It's slightly expensive, but you can find cheap things in there that are in budget.
