No responsible person in company who give right answer, they took my name and numbers 3 times but no one call back. Very unprofessional staff and business service.

The washer in my apt building has been broken off and on for several months. It was replaced with an old machine, broke again and they just don't come service it for multiple weeks in a row. Horrible service.

We have their washers and dryers in the apartment building I live in. Our machines are outdated and half the time the dryers don't work. One dryer has been unusable for almost 3 weeks.
