Me and my daughter went recently and everyone was very very helpful, we couldn’t figure out something and they jumped to help us. They were very kind and supportive! There was one worker who was outstanding. As we were looking at rings and found they had none in my daughters size she took it soon herself to go in back and found one that fit. My daughter is beyond happy and absolutely loves the ring. I wish I knew her name but I hope she sees this. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend recommend going to this store.

I had a wonderful experience at Kendra Scott thanks to a girl who was wearing a green top and green and pink Adidas shoes. She helped us find the perfect jewelry and took a genuine interest in my mother and our day. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our visit truly special. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Thank you for making our day brighter!

It's Black Friday, so it's packed, which is understandable. Line to get in went fast. Associates not engaging with customers at all. It's so odd, 3 just standing looking annoyed. I asked if something out of stock could be ordered, girl said "you bet" rather sarcastically, but didn't offer to do so. Line to pay was literally 34 people deep!!! Get some hand held devices, seriously. Good sale prices, but lack of customer service is not acceptable these days. Associate dress code should be elevated. Wear black and showcase jewelry.
