Busy on weekends. Nice clothes. Only frustration was, women's push size coats were mixed within regular size so unable to find much to choose from.

Never changes from year to year same styles. They are looking more and more like JC Penny's, and that is not a good thing

I started shopping at Kohl’s when it was only in Madison Wisconsin and then they moved here in Des Moines. It is a wonderful wonderful store with a large variety and high-quality items and a good affordable rate. The store clerks are very helpful and it’s always such a pleasant time when I go there highly recommend it.

I went to return some Amazon items. The team member helping me acted like myself and everyone that she was assisting were a bother to her. She was rude and very unwelcoming.

This Kohl's was better than any other Kohl's I have experienced. Tina and Julie are excellent associates, and Keenan was a great supervisor--helpful and supportive of the associates.

Ok. I’ve been in retail for 35 years plus. This amazing woman, Tina, at Kohls on Mills Civic has NEVER disappointed me. I don’t care what day it is… she is fabulous! Always has the customer’s back, (don’t see a lot of that these days), but also, goes above and beyond anyone that I’ve ever encountered in retail!
I asked her,…”been in retail long?…”
Assuming the answer yes. How surprised was I when she said 3 years!!!
The point of this is to say….
You never know who you are in the presence of.
