Music, good conversation, and a helpful staff member named Nora, who keeps the place clean and functional, are highlights. However, accessibility is a major issue for some customers. There are only two handicap parking spaces, but one is often taken by Leo. The lack of a ramp makes it hard to get clothes from the car to the door due to steps, making the Urbandale location more accessible. Additionally, there is no changing station for babies, and the kids area was locked up, preventing a toddler from using it. Despite these drawbacks, the location on 8th street is preferred for being larger and cleaner.
